I'm grateful for:

1. Recipes that work... Paula Deen's Pumpkin Bars smell YUMMILICIOUS!
2. Licking the spoon... MAN, that's some tasty cream cheese frosting!!
3. A sink free of dishes... always makes you feel better. (Now for the rest of the house...)
4. The holiday spirit... so, ok, they've already started playing Christmas music on my morning radio station, but, what the hey? It does put you in a brighter mood most days. Fa-la-la-la-la-la-la-la-la!
5. Finding that perfect gift that you can't wait to give!!
6. The anticipation of seeing friends and family!!! I'm looking forward to Bunco tomorrow with my gal pals, Friday's inservice with my speechie friends, this Saturday's Thanksgiving dinner with the family, Sunday's afternoon with my parents and speechie/work friends at the dinner theater to see "Church Basement Ladies 2" starring Barry Williams, and, of course, the New Moon premiere with my fellow Twilighters in a couple weeks! -- That last one may be the one I'm most giddy about! ;-) Then there's the Thanksgiving holiday itself, and then comes December's big day... Love this time of year!
